This week I’m enjoying a relaxing week at the lake with my dad and my sisters and their families. We’re in Burlington, VT, on Lake Champlain to celebrate my dad’s 70’th birthday. I can’t tell you how much I’m enjoying the time off with all of my family.
Last night we had a celebration for my dad with 70 candles on his cake! It took some coordination to get them all lit (after thinking about it we decided that it would be smart to start lighting from the middle of the cake). In fact, we needed a hand from everyone to get all the candles lit before they burned down.
Afterwards, we played in the water, and danced to the violin.
