Rows of peach trees show off their pink blossoms.

This week the weather has turned warm again, icicles have melted, and all the fruit trees are now in full bloom.

Everywhere I look I see rows of pink and sprays of white.

Flowers fill every inch of every outstretched plum branch.

How will such flimsy sticks support so many plums to come?

Long branches of plum trees are full of white blossoms.
A peach blossom holds a drop of water.

The peach blossoms look very much like azalea flowers to my untrained eye.

It's fun to come in close and find a water droplet hanging there precariously.

The tulips too are putting on a show, echoing the pink theme started in the orchards.

I find inspiration in the fresh, young buds unmarred by wind and sun and time.

But a flower's youth lasts only for a week or so.

There is much to do before the harvest moon.

A pink tulip shows it's beauty.
