Where exactly is the end of the rainbow?

If I had a pot of gold, a rainbow might just be the perfect place to hide it.

These brightly colored arches are as much subjective as they are a physical phenomenon.

Where would the rainbow be without me?

When I move, the rainbow also moves.

Where is the rainbow actually?

I think a thousand people would describe a thousand different places.

In truth, there is no absolute location.

A low rainbow under stormy skies
A high rainbow over an orchard

A person looking back across from me would say "There's no rainbow in the sky at all."

We're so trained to see the world objectively—as if there were an absolute outside ourselves on which we could rely.

But I say it all depends on where you stand.

Rainbows remind me of the value of my own perspective.

A rainbow can't exist with out a point of view.

A rainbow skids across the landscape.
A rainbow floating in the clouds

In fact, my world cannot exist without my point of view.

And I'm only left to guess at what your world is like to you.

Have a great week!
