Imagine the best strawberry you've ever tasted.

Now multiply that by 10 and you'll have an idea of how sweet and juicy these strawberries are...

Bar none, the best I've ever tried.

Or take these Medjool dates, just picked yesterday in 118 degree heat.

You have to be careful how you hold them, they're so soft and detectable.

I've never had a sweeter one.

Everything at the farmer's market is just pulled from the earth, and is bursting with flavor and freshness.

You can't buy vegetables like these in the store. Their taste truly satisfies.

What makes California farmer's markets extra special? The variety
of produce available.

You can buy artichokes picked just the day before, or fresh figs straight from the tree—a real treat for someone who grew up in the eastern and midwestern United States.

In a short time I gathered enough (mainly organic) groceries to last a week and spent a total of $32.

I love that part.  You can spend that much just driving past Whole Foods!

See the new framed and unframed prints from pictures in this week's newsletter.

Download 26 new wallpaper photos (a $25.74 value).  Available for free until September 8, 2009.

Have a great week,
Todd
