Snowy Valley Photo Christmas Cards

When do you like to send out Christmas cards?

I’ll be the first to admit that I’ve never systematically sent out cards, whether you call them Christmas cards, or New Year’s cards, or the old generic Holiday cards.

Sure I’ve sent out a few here and there over the years but not like my mom, who probably sends 100+ every December or early January.

Maybe that’s why I don’t have many friends! 🙂

Seriously, it is a really nice thing to get a Christmas card from someone. And you don’t get many when you don’t send them out.

Since I started making cards from my photos, I’ve been sending them more often for a birthday or special occasion. They’re just sitting there waiting to be used, so I find myself asking my mom when all my cousin’s birthdays are, and stuff like that.

It’s weird, I’m becoming more like her all the time. And the funny thing is, I really like it. It’s really fun to send a paper card in this day of Email, Facebook and LinkedIn.

So since this blog is fairly new and doesn’t have a ton of readers yet, I’ll send a Christmas card to anyone who leaves a comment on this post. Hey, why not? Leave your birthday too and I’ll put you on my list.
