Sarah - Awesome to hang out with you here! I guess we've been looking up to each other for a long time! :)

By the way, you should definitely check out Kelly's blog. She has one of my favorite blogs, called Maximum Customer Experience: http://maximumcustomerexperience.com/

Thanks for the tip on Hunt & Gather. It's always nice to see what the pros can do. I personally think your site's is outstanding!

I see that you are on Twitter now!! I just followed you and recommended that everyone follow you too. You're going to have a lot of fun with it.

Todd - first of all - thanks for the amazing blog! You're the best and it's funny that you say you look up to me because I do the same with you. I only wish I had a tiny fraction of your artistic abilities (photography, drawing AND creative writing) - and your Zen-like nature. I'm still too pitta/kaffa imbalanced... :-)

To answer the web design question...we actually worked closely with a firm called Hunt & Gather out of Boston. Hollie, our amazing Design Director (aka Resident Picasso), and I were really in need of some fresh thinking - we get product and collateral design - but we're not necessarily experts in web design. So, we found websites we loved, and Hunt & Gather did quite a few. so we reached out to them and in 3 months, they put this together! They did the design AND coding, guided by us. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish, I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Hi Kelly, Glad you liked my sister's site. I'll ask her who she used. I know she has an in-house graphic designer, and i'll be that she did the layout. My guess is that they farmed out the CSS work to a cheap company abroad. I'll let you know.

Todd,

Your sister's site is drop-dead gorgeous. Oh, my. I wandered and wandered. Great job. I'd love to know who she used for the site redesign.

And (jealous, jealous) she's teamed with my beloved Franklin Covey? Wow. Very nice "small" business.

Your photography, of course, was all I really noticed. :)

Regards,

Kelly
